Wall Street closes on Friday. These keep trading.
A traditional exchange shuts at the bell and reopens Monday morning, and everything that happened over the weekend arrives at once as a gap. Nobody sees it form.
Tokenized equities ? blockchain tokens tracking real listed shares ? do not close. They trade through the night, through the weekend, through market holidays. Where they drift while the exchange is dark is a live view of what sentiment is doing before anyone can act on it.
What this desk does
It watches tokenized equities during the hours their underlying markets are closed, and reports where each one has moved relative to where the real market left it.
It also reports the thing that makes the reading unreliable: how thin the token's own liquidity is. A wide gap on a token where a single order can move the price is not sentiment, it is one participant ? and that distinction is the whole difference between a signal and noise.
What you get
- Tokenized equities and where they have moved since the market closed
- How much weight the move can bear, given the token's own depth
- The state of the underlying market ? closed, pre-market, open
- Explicit notes where a reading is too thin to be meaningful
How reliable is it
The relationship between where a tokenized share sits during a closure and where its real listing opens is genuine and measurable, and it is stronger over a weekend than overnight ? a longer closure accumulates more information.
It is not a forecast. Tokenized liquidity is a small fraction of the real listing's, so a modest order can produce a gap that means nothing at all. That is precisely when the signal is most tempting and least useful, which is why the depth reading sits next to every number.
What it will not do
It will not predict an opening price, tell you to trade a gap, or suggest tokenized equities are equivalent to owning the share. They are not: you hold an issuer's token, not stock, with no shareholder rights and additional counterparty risk.
Who it is for
People who follow equities and want a view of sentiment during the hours the market is shut. Most useful as context on a Sunday evening.

Educational and informational only. Not financial advice. Tokenized equities are not shares and carry issuer, redemption and liquidity risks beyond those of the underlying security.
