GDPR MiCA ADA

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device when you visit. On a later request, your browser sends the cookie back, which lets the site recognize your session — for example, to keep you logged in as you move between pages.
Local storage (and the related sessionStorage) is a similar browser technology that lets a website save small pieces of data on your device. Unlike cookies, local-storage data is not automatically sent to the server with every request — it stays in your browser and is read by the site's own scripts to remember things like your interface preferences.
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and storage Crypto Lwa uses, why, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
We use a small number of essential cookies to operate the Service. The most important is the session authentication cookie, which keeps you securely signed in after you log in with your email code. Without it, the site cannot tell that you are logged in, and protected pages would not work. Essential cookies do not require consent because the Service cannot function without them.
We use functional local storage to remember your choices and improve your experience — for example, your language selection and certain UI preferences. This data stays in your browser and is used only to make the site work the way you set it up.
| Name / Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Session authentication cookie (essential) | Keeps you securely signed in as you move between pages | Session / until the sign-in token (JWT) expires |
| Preferences (functional localStorage) | Remembers your language choice and UI settings | Persistent until you clear your browser storage |
| Third-party embed (e.g. TradingView ticker) | The embedded TradingView widget may set its own cookies to function | Controlled by TradingView under its own policy |
The exact names and lifetimes may change as we improve the Service, but the categories and purposes above describe how we use cookies and storage.
Some pages embed third-party widgets, most notably the TradingView price ticker and charts. When such a widget loads, the third party may set its own cookies on your device to operate its service. These cookies are controlled by the third party, not by Crypto Lwa, and are governed by that provider's own cookie and privacy policies.
We do not control, and are not responsible for, the cookies set by third-party embeds. If you wish to limit them, you can use your browser's cookie controls (see below) or block third-party cookies generally — though doing so may affect how those widgets display.
You are in control of cookies on your device. Every major browser lets you view, delete, and block cookies and clear local storage through its settings — usually under "Privacy," "Cookies," or "Site data." You can also use private/incognito browsing, which discards most storage when you close the window.
For instructions, see your browser's help pages (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and others all provide cookie-management guides).
Because we use only essential cookies and functional preference storage — and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies — our use of cookies is limited to what is necessary to deliver the Service and remember your settings. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential storage, we will ask for it, and you may withdraw any such consent at any time through your browser controls.
By continuing to use the Service with essential cookies enabled, you acknowledge that these cookies are required for the site to function.
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, the Service, or the law. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
