1. I forgot my password.
Crypto Lwa doesn't use passwords — we only use magic-link login. Go to /login, enter your email, and tap the link we send. The link is valid for 15 minutes.
2. My magic link expired or won't work.
Magic links expire after 15 minutes and are single-use. Request a new one at /login. If it still fails, the link may have been opened in a different browser than the one you started in — open it in the same browser, or paste the URL by hand.
3. My payment failed but my card was charged.
Stripe sometimes places a temporary authorization hold that looks like a charge but reverses within 3–7 days. If it doesn't reverse, open a ticket with category
Billing and include the last 4 digits of the card and the date. We can refund or re-issue immediately.4. How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to /billing, sign in, and tap Cancel subscription. You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. No fees, no friction.
5. How do I get a refund?
Within 14 days of payment: full refund, no questions. After that we still consider partial refunds case-by-case. File a ticket with category
Billing and the date of the original payment.6. The portfolio shows wrong prices.
Prices come from the CoinGecko + CoinMarketCap public feeds with a 60-second cache. If a price looks wrong, hard-refresh (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+R) first. If it's still wrong after 2 minutes, file a ticket with category
Other and the symbol — we'll check our feed health.7. The TradingView chart won't load.
TradingView's iframe is blocked by some adblockers and corporate VPNs. Try: (a) disable adblock for cryptolwa.io, (b) open the page in a private window, (c) visit /heal to wipe caches and service workers. If still broken, file a ticket with category
Trading agent.8. The swap quote is stuck on "loading".
The Uniswap quote service occasionally rate-limits. Refresh the page and try a smaller amount first. If a swap quote is stuck for more than 60 seconds, your wallet may have disconnected — re-connect on the swap page.
9. I can't claim my airdrop.
AZAKA shows the official claim URL for every listed drop. Always type or paste — never click links from DMs. If a claim is failing, check: (a) the snapshot has already happened, (b) your wallet is the one that qualified, (c) you have enough gas on the correct chain. We don't custody airdrops — claims happen on the project's own site.
10. The site says 404 on every page.
This is almost always a stale service worker on your device. Visit /heal and tap Heal browser — it unregisters the SW and clears caches. After that, hard-refresh once. If still broken, file a ticket and include your browser + OS.
11. Where's my downloaded Pine script?
Paid Pine downloads (
GEDE4.pine, PETRO-LWA-*.pine) require a signed-in paid member. After download, the file lands in your browser's Downloads folder. To use it: open TradingView → Pine Editor → New blank → paste → Add to chart. See GEDE4 manual for screenshots.12. How do I install GEDE4?
Open /gede4-manual for the full walkthrough. Short version: download the .pine file, open TradingView, Pine Editor → New blank indicator → paste → Save → Add to chart. Needs a TradingView account (free tier works).
13. My signup email isn't arriving.
Check spam / promotions / "Updates" tab. Whitelist
[email protected] and [email protected]. Proton, ProtonMail, iCloud and corporate filters are the most common culprits — wait 5 minutes, then request a new link. Still nothing? File a ticket with category Account.14. I want to delete my account.
File a ticket with category
Account and the subject Delete my account. We process deletion within 7 days per GDPR. Active paid subscriptions are cancelled at the same time; pro-rated refunds available on request.15. How do I export my data?
Portfolio: open /portfolio → settings → Export CSV. Account/billing data: file a GDPR data-access ticket with category
Account and we'll send a JSON dump within 30 days (usually within 48h).16. How do I become a paid member?
Go to /billing and pick monthly, annual, or lifetime. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your card. Paid tier unlocks Lasirèn Trader, the Petro-Lwa strategy library, the GEDE4 indicator, and the swap desk.
17. I found a bug.

Crypto Lwa has no password to steal — only magic links. If someone signed in as you it means they have access to your email. Immediately: (a) change your email password, (b) enable 2FA on your email, (c) file a ticket with category
Security report and we'll force-revoke all active sessions on your account.20. I want to report a phishing site impersonating Crypto Lwa.

[SECURITY-CRITICAL]. Include the impersonating URL and any screenshots. We file abuse reports with the hosting provider and registrar the same day. Do not click any links on the impersonating site.
