Crypto Lwa is a crypto-intelligence and education platform. We want you to join because the work is genuinely useful to you — not because you felt locked in. So every paid plan comes with a straightforward 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase.
This policy covers memberships purchased directly through cryptolwa.io. It is part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.
If you request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first payment on a plan, we'll refund that payment in full to your original payment method. This applies to all three tiers:

The window is counted from the date and time of the transaction shown on your receipt. The guarantee is a one-time courtesy: it applies once per customer and once per payment method, to your first purchase only. It is not available on repeat sign-ups, and a refund takes effect immediately — your membership access ends the moment it is issued.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject line "Refund request." Please include the email you signed up with and, if handy, the date of purchase.
You can cancel a Monthly or Annual subscription at any time from your billing page or by emailing support. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access remains active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
If you pay with cryptocurrency, that payment is non-refundable. On-chain transactions are irreversible and their value fluctuates, so we cannot offer cash refunds on crypto purchases. Where we choose to make an exception as a goodwill gesture, any remedy would be issued as account credit, at our discretion. If a guaranteed refund matters to you, please pay by card.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country (for example, the EU/UK right of withdrawal for digital purchases). Where such rights apply, they are honored in addition to the guarantee described above. By starting to use paid digital content immediately, you may be asked to acknowledge that delivery has begun.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and the terms in effect at the time of your purchase are the ones that apply to that purchase.
