1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Crypto Lwa ("we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the website at cryptolwa.io, its sub-pages, applications, downloads, AI agents, and any related services (together, the "Service").

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer, and Cookie Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you must meet all of the following conditions. By using the Service you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher), and you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not a sanctioned, restricted, or barred person under any applicable law, and you do not reside in, and are not accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive trade sanctions.
• The laws of your own jurisdiction permit you to access educational crypto-asset information and to use the Service.
• You will not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful in the place from which you access it.

We may, at our discretion, restrict or refuse access from any jurisdiction, and we may require verification of your eligibility at any time. Use of the Service where prohibited by local law is solely your responsibility.

3. Description of Service

Crypto Lwa is an educational and informational crypto-intelligence platform. We provide market analysis, AI-generated commentary, narrative tracking, educational guides, Pine indicators, simulated ("paper") trading tools, and related research content.

Any "paper trading," backtest, agent signal, or simulated portfolio shown on the Service is hypothetical and uses no real funds. Such outputs are illustrative only, are produced for education, and do not represent actual trades, actual performance, or any guarantee of results. The AI agents (including Lasirèn, Gede, Snake, Mazaka, Brigitte and others) generate opinions and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or wrong.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

4. No Financial Advice

You are solely and exclusively responsible for your own decisions. Any action you take based on information from the Service is taken at your own risk. Crypto-assets are highly volatile and you can lose some or all of your money. Before making any financial decision, you should do your own research and consult a licensed financial, legal, or tax professional who is qualified in your jurisdiction.

5. Accounts & Membership

Registration & Login

Access to certain features requires an account. Login is passwordless: you provide your email address and we send a one-time six-digit code to verify it. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Membership Tiers

The Service offers a free tier and one or more paid tiers. Free accounts may access a limited set of features; paid tiers unlock additional data, downloads, and educational material. Access is granted according to the plan you hold (for example, monthly, annual, or lifetime).

Payments

Payments are processed by independent third-party providers — Stripe, Inc. for card payments and Coinbase Commerce for crypto payments. We never receive or store your full card details or wallet private keys. Your use of those processors is also subject to their own terms and policies. By subscribing you authorize the applicable processor to charge your selected payment method for the plan you choose.

Cancellation & Refunds

We may change pricing or plan features prospectively; any change will not affect a billing period you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not, and must not permit any third party to:

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to extract data or content from the Service without our written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Service, agents, or downloads;
• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service, paid content, downloads, or Pine scripts;
• Circumvent, disable, or attempt to bypass any access control, paywall, authentication, rate limit, or security measure;
• Use the Service to transmit malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with its operation or other users;
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials or access codes to others;
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action — including suspension or termination — against anyone who, in our judgment, violates this section.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, text, graphics, logos, the Crypto Lwa name and branding, the AI agents and their personas, and the Petro-Lwa Pine scripts and indicators are owned by Crypto Lwa or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

When you purchase a paid download (such as a Pine script or strategy PDF), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not redistribute, republish, resell, share, or sublicense any paid content, and you may not remove any proprietary notices.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

8. Third-Party Data

The Service displays market data, prices, charts, news, and other information sourced from third-party providers (for example, exchanges, data aggregators, and charting widgets such as TradingView). This data is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not control, create, or independently verify third-party data and we make no guarantee of its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose. Prices and figures may be delayed, estimated, or incorrect. You should not rely on any third-party data displayed on the Service as the sole basis for any decision. Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' own terms.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content, signal, or output will be accurate or reliable. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Service and for any decisions you make.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Crypto Lwa, its owners, operators, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Crypto Lwa and its owners, operators, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law; (c) your infringement of any third-party right; or (d) any decision you make or action you take based on content from the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in unlawful or abusive conduct, or created risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through the support page. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will, where practicable, be notified to active members. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Service, will be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to the courts or dispute-resolution venue specified for the Service.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
